Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges!!
Please allow 3-5 working days for your orders processed. You will receive email confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped with tracking provided. Any orders placed on weekends will be shipped Monday morning (unless it is a holiday). During holiday periods, orders may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed and shipped.
For orders within west Africa please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
For orders to Europe, please allow 7-10 workings days for your order to arrive.
For all other International orders, please allow 10-15 working days for your orders to arrive.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable you will be contacted to see if you would either like an alternative or if not we will give you a full refund which will be charged back to you in the same payment method you used.
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Custom orders are non-refundable or Exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.
LOST / DELAYED PARCELS
All parcels in West Africa are sent via DHL and parcels sent overseas are sent via Royal Mail. We are NOT responsible for any missing or delayed parcels due to the negligence of the couriers we use. In any rare case that a parcel is missing or lost, you would need to wait for 30 days before we can make a claim to the shipping companies. Only when a claim has been submitted, will we be able to reimburse your full order total or send another parcel out to you.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRCT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, flat number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Please note – if your parcel is signed for by someone other than yourself at your address, we will not be held liable as our duty is to deliver to your address. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Beauty & Co London, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Beauty&Co London, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Beauty&Co London will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Beauty&Co London is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Beauty&Co London is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
