How long is delivery?

Senegal: 

We only sell what is stock, and for this reason hair is able to be with you within 3-5 days!

USA/International:

Standard Delivery is 10-15 working days. we use Royal Mail (signed for) who then hand over to your local courier and so time scales may vary.

When do I receive my tracking details?

Every customer receives their tracking details and order fulfilment around 2 days before it will arrive to you (minus the weekend)

What should I do on a rare occasion that my hair doesn’t arrive in that time period?

Orders are sent 1st class signed for which comes with tracking, if your tracking is not updating for any reason, please email use immediately quoting your order reference.

What is Virgin hair?

Our virgin hair is high quality 100% human hair, and comes in natural black and is hair that has been specially hand selected and sourced from the country of origin, chemical free and unprocessed. Virgin hair is one of the most exotic hair types in the market, this type of hair carries a lot of volume and is ultra-soft and silky

How long does the hair last?

Due to the premium quality of our Virgin human hair, It can last 3+ years when looked after amazingly. Treat the hair like you would your own when in use, with regular washes, deep conditioning and not overloading on products.

Can I straighten curly/wavy hair?

Yes, our hair can be straightened and curled and returns to near-to natural state when contacted with water

Can I dye the hair?

Yes, the hair can be both bleached and/or dyed to a variety of colours.

How many bundles do I need?

This is highly dependent on the look you are going for. How many bundles do I need?
For hair 18″ and under we recommend 3 bundles, for longer lengths, 4 bundles give the best look. For clip-ins we recommend 3 sets (300g)

How can I make the most of the hair?

Washing and conditioning every 1-2 weeks, using heat protector before applying heat, applying a tiny amount of serum occasionally (do not overload!)
